“Containment” captures everything! I photograph and graphically play with the packaging of technology, in the form fitting plastics and the rough pressed cardboard or natural fiber boxes which hold space for devices and their accoutrements. Shapely, and almost architectural, are the places for printers and their plugs, separate compartments made for cameras with their cables, holding on tightly, protectively, to no longer simple lightbulbs, or the impossible to open thumb drives and camera cards, hard “shrink wraps” that shine and reflect.
